It’s been a busy week at L & S Farms. Summer on the farm has definitely kept us busy. These hot Indiana days mean we’re paying extra attention to both our animals and us. Fresh water, plenty of shade, and keeping a close eye on everyone is a part of our daily routine when the temps climb. Yesterday was our annual Tiemeyer/Zotz Juice Day. Together, we made 133 quarts of tomato juice. It’s a lot of work, but it’s one of those family traditions we look forward to every year. We’re feeling blessed to live this life and thankful for all of you who support our family farm. Stay cool, stay safe, and enjoy the rest of your summer.
